What I ate today. Nothing fancy, just what I am eating everyday as a vegan. Because I think that eating clean foods is the basic for good health and being in good health is the only way to enjoy life at its fullness. Logic…
I prefer eating simple foods as less transformed as possible and my body is happy with that. What I am looking for is eating foods that still have they full nutrients present in them. It is being close to the source as possible. But it doesn’t mean that I don’t like elaborate cooking from time to time.
At the end of the day, clean eating is giving the body real foods that he needs and listen to him if he likes or not.
Your body is your best friend.
What I eat
Mixed nuts for proteins and vegetables. Tomatoes, avocado, carrots, cauliflower, broccoli with a little olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Salt, pepper and salad spices.
Just cut the vegetables and mix everything. Delicious.
It was my birthday and my brother in law who is also vegan prepared this meal for both of us. Delicious what I ate today meal.
Made from Quinoa and millet, avocado and whole grain bread, soft potatoes, corn and salad.
For supper. Cooked vegetables. Bets, green beans and orange pimento cooked in a pan with half a glass of water. And quinoa bio. I missed some light for the photo. It was the end of the day.
Again my favorite dinner. Cauliflower, broccoli, tomato, parsley, and carrot with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Salt, pepper and salad spice.
Simple breakfast. Apple, banana and hemp hearts. Make no mistakes, hemp hearts are awesome. We get 10 gr of protein in only 3 tablespoons. They contain dense nutrients and believe it or not, eating what you see in the plate and I am not hungry until dinner.
